PERSONAL:

Besides her life-long passion for real estate, Ms. Stanford is an organization and administrative wizard. Her various occupations in sales, administration, and management has been as much a hobby than a career. When not providing the administrative glue for the firm, she enjoys cooking, wine tasting, travelling and vacationing to places with "palm trees," and her family.

Even though she graduated with a degree in computer programming form a college located in Silicon Valley, she is still a bit old fashioned, preferring calendars, rolodexes, and memo pads, to mobile technology. However, she finally accepted in early 2013 as a gift from the firm, her first "smart phone."

CHAD T-W PRATT

Mr. Pratt brings over 25+ years of professional law experience to CSC Capital as a trial lawyer (both civil and criminal) and as a real estate, contract and consumer law attorney. For most of this time he counseled clients from the Law Offices of Chad T-W Pratt & Associates, his own practice where he also managed the day-to-day operations. As a Los Angeles CA based attorney he also was an Adjunct Professor in Real Estate Law at Loyola Law School.

Before founding his own law practice Mr. Pratt was a Personal Injury Trail Attorney for Howard H. Hall and a Unlawful Detainer Trial Attorney for Dennis P. Block & Associates. Moreover he has acted as the Chief Trial Counsel for the Real Estate Law Center of Los Angeles. With several notable winning court cases to his credit he has litigated over 20 Jury Trials.

His Juris Doctorate (JD) degree is from Loyola Law School and his B.A. (with Honors) is from Santa Clara University. Mr. Pratt was a Board Member of the Loyola Law School Board of Directors and is both a current Member of Consumer Attorneys of California and of Los Angeles.

For over ten years in his spare time he has been a volunteer attorney to assist in expediting mediated settlements of contested cases in the overburdened Pasadena and Glendale CA court systems. He also volunteered as a past Chair of the Pastoral Council at his local Perish, and has worked with the local Cub Scouts.

DAVID A. BROWN
Chief Information Officer

Mr. Brown joined CSC Capital first in the fall of 1995 as the firm's second Management Information Systems (MIS) Specialist and rejoined the firm as its first MIS Director in 2001 after being awarded his MBA in the same year. In 2004 he was promoted to the newly created position of Chief Information Officer (CIO), and in 2006 he also assumed the vacant role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Since that time he has held both CFO and CIO positions and has been a member of the firm's leadership team. Mr. Brown's background is in accounting and computers. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, he was the Controller of a building materials supplier and manufacturing company as well as CFO of an Northwest regional conglomerate of other companies owned by the same holding company as the materials supplier.

Besides his external financial reporting and auditing responsibilities, he heads the team that customizes the firm's innovative and proprietary management accounting system for each restructuring client, and oversees all technical and information support activities of the firm. He is responsible in providing the professionals of the firm with all financial modeling and spreadsheet applications as well as all complex financial analysis and reports needed to support client services. His duel expertise as an experienced and creative management accountant and information systems genius has become legendary with clients over the years.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

1996 – 2001, Controller, Woodcrafters Lumber Sales and Door Manufacturing, Salem, Ore.

1995 – 1996, 2001 – present, MIS Specialist/MIS Director/CIO/CFO & CIO, CSC Capital, Bend and Salem, Ore.

EDUCATION:

1997, Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Communication, Corban University, Salem, Ore.

2001, Masters in Business Administration degree, Portland State University

PERSONAL:

As a key member of the firm's leadership team, a few of Mr. Brown outside hobbies actually compliment some of his day-to-day work activities. He is a self-proclaimed "computer geek," probably spending more time on a computer than most nine-to-five computer and software support technicians. And if he does not know anything about a new and emerging information or communication system or product or application, he will find out all about it, and in short order. He also spends his free time dealing with his personal investments, which since 2008 have been largely concentrated in residential and commercial real estate. A virtual walking library of current real estate investment and finance knowledge, his expertise is often called upon when the firm is assisting clients in real estate financing and/or investment matters.

His other outside activities have nothing to do with the firm, such as his obsession with Asian food and his long-running interest and expertise in martial arts; he is currently working on his Brown Belt. Still somewhat of an introvert his social skills have improved vastly over the years. Many of us will never forget ago when he ordered two child's spaghetti dinners at a company party, because the menu was written in Italian, that is except for the children's menu.
